2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect:

— Your city or place

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send such information to us through the enquiry form.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting and analytics providers record technical information including your approximate location (country and region), the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and general details about your browser and device. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you give us solely to:

— Respond to your enquiry

— Understand what you are looking for and whether we are the right practice for it

— Communicate with you about a possible engagement

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and our email. Each acts as a Data Processor on our instructions:

6. Transfers outside India

Some of the providers listed above process data on servers located outside India. Section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 permits such transfers except to countries or territories restricted by the Central Government. We transfer data only to providers who offer contractual commitments regarding the security and confidentiality of the data they process on our behalf.

7. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for twelve months from the date of your enquiry, after which it is deleted.

If we go on to work together, your data will be retained for the duration of our engagement and for such period afterwards as is required for our records, tax and legal obligations. This will be set out in the agreement between us.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it

Correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data, and to have it updated

Erase your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected

Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

Grievance redressal — to raise a complaint with us and have it addressed

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data in our possession, including access controls on our email and accounts, two-factor authentication, encrypted transmission of data submitted through this website, and limiting access to enquiry data to those who need it.

No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the timelines prescribed under the Rules.
