Section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 permits such transfers except to countries or territories restricted by the Central Government. We transfer data only to providers who offer contractual commitments regarding the security and confidentiality of the data they process on our behalf.
We retain enquiry data for twelve months from the date of your enquiry, after which it is deleted.
If we go on to work together, your data will be retained for the duration of our engagement and for such period afterwards as is required for our records, tax and legal obligations. This will be set out in the agreement between us.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

— Correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data, and to have it updated
— Erase your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
